Hal Maxwell was recently appointed President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, NY where he governs over 60 offices and 3700 sales associates. A 25-year real estate veteran, his stellar career includes serving as chief operating officer of parent company NRT LLC’s Eastern Seaboard Support Center, regional senior vice president of the NRT Mid-Atlantic Region; and president and chief operating officer of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Baltimore and Washington, DC. He began his career in 1984 as a sales associate in New Jersey’s Bergen County. He joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey in 1989 as an office manager and quickly ascended into regional management. He is highly-touted for building success-based cultures and attracting top sales talent. He holds a marketing degree from the University of Colorado.
