Hal Maxwell is our President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, NY where he governs over 60 offices and 3700 sales associates. A 25-year real estate veteran, his stellar career includes serving as chief operating officer of parent company NRT LLC’s Eastern Seaboard Support Center, regional senior vice president of the NRT Mid-Atlantic Region; and president and chief operating officer of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Baltimore and Washington, DC. He began his career in 1984 as a sales associate in New Jersey’s Bergen County. He joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey in 1989 as an office manager and quickly ascended into regional management. He is highly-touted for building success-based cultures and attracting top sales talent. He holds a marketing degree from the University of Colorado.

Commercial
Our Mission is to provide, professional, reliable, and consistent commercial services to all of our existing and future clients and customers. Commercial offers a 14-week training program called, Top Dogs – How to Run with the Big Dogs in Commercial Real Estate. This program teaches skills from each of 3 areas critical to success in commercial real estate: sales skills, industry specific knowledge, and personal power skill. The course work is designed to drive the participants to apply what they learn and start producing right away.
