We offer on-site real estate courses through our partnership with American School of Business. You can complete your coursework in two weeks or over several months. Classes are held at our corporate office in Parsippany, New Jersey or at nearby classroom facilities. After successful completion of the course, you must pass a State Exam. |

New Sales Associates attend Coldwell Banker University’s 9-day FastStart program. This activity-based instruction is designed to train new associates to use Coldwell Banker’s tools and systems for prospecting and acquiring listings, working with buyers and sellers, and negotiating the sales transaction. The program also gives in-depth instruction regarding legal policies and codes of ethics. New Sales Associates also attend a follow-up workshop, Reunion 90, held 3 months after Fast Start.
