This program allows associates to receive personal coaching from our office managers, education team and senior leadership through extensive business development/planning via both group and one-on-one workshops. This can have an immediate and long-term impact on Sale Associates’ earnings.

We outsource real estate licensing to three schools: The American School of Business, Kovats School and the Professional School of Business. You are offered the flexibility to complete the required 75 hours in three weeks or over several months, depending on your schedule. Upon completion of the course, you must pass a state exam. We do offer a discount rate if a prospective licensee registers through our brochure (student is not obligated to join Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage; nor is Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage obligated to interview/hire the prospective agent).
